FAQ

Questions we hear a lot.

The answers most prospects want before booking a call. If you don't see yours here, email hello@joinquarry.com.

Today the cleanest path is sending us a CSV of your locations — we import, resolve each to a stable Google Place ID, and have you scanning the same day. A self-serve URL-onboarding flow (paste your corporate site, we discover the locations) is in active development; reach out if you'd like to be a design partner. Growth and above include hands-on onboarding from our team.

Send us the delta and we import it. We don't auto-delete or auto-add — every change comes from you, so closed locations never silently disappear from your historical reports and new locations never show up uninvited.

A branded per-location PDF: score breakdown across Google Business Profile, website health, directory listings, reviews, and AI visibility, with location-specific next steps for every flagged check. Generated on demand from the dashboard.

Yes — it's one of four signals we unify. We check whether your locations appear when prospects ask Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini for recommendations in your category, then fold that into one per-location score alongside Google Business Profile health, local SEO, and Map Pack rank. Starter, Growth, and Scale get the single-LLM check (Claude). Enterprise gets the full multi-LLM ensemble running Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini side by side. AI visibility alone is a crowded category; the per-location unified score is the part that isn't.

Two ways. On demand, anytime — run one location, a region, or everything, whenever you want; a scan takes 60–90 seconds per location and your dashboard updates the moment it finishes. And when it's enabled on your plan, Quarry can refresh your due locations automatically each week and email you a short “what changed” digest — it's opt-in (off until you turn it on) and only emails in a week with real movement, never a fake “nothing changed.”

Not for the things you'll actually do. On-demand single-location refreshes are unlimited in practice. The only thing capped is re-running an on-demand refresh of your entire network at once — that's allowed several times a month (more on higher tiers), and the limit lives quietly in settings, not as a paywall. If you turn on weekly auto-refresh, it works within your plan — on Flex it draws from your monthly budget and stops at that ceiling, so there's never a surprise bill. For 99% of customers it never comes up.

Per location, per month, with volume discounts as your network grows: Starter (1–9 locations) $79, Growth (10–49) $59, Scale (50–199) $39, and Enterprise (200+) custom. Month-to-month by default — cancel any time, no notice required. Agencies buy at a transparent wholesale rate ($39 / $29 / $19) and resell into their own client retainers. Annual pre-pay discounts are available. No setup fees.

Fragmented multi-location brands — companies whose locations are independently owned or operated, where corporate doesn't control every Google listing: insurance brokerages with independent agents, franchise systems, dental groups with mixed ownership, real estate brokerages, healthcare practice groups. No write-access to listings required. Connected brands, where corporate owns every listing, are welcome too and get the same product. The sweet spot is roughly 10–200 locations; 200+ fits Enterprise.

Every recommendation Quarry makes cites published research — Google's official guidance, peer-reviewed studies, or large-scale industry analysis with disclosed methodology. You can read the sources yourself on our research library page. When the research is thin or vendor-supplied, we say so; when we have none, Quarry shows no recommendation rather than guessing.

No. Quarry is a pure measurement layer — we review how your data is performing across Google, local SEO, and AI search, and tell you what to fix. We don't syndicate, push, or modify your listings. There is no risk to your existing setup from running Quarry alongside whatever you do today.
